Return & Exchange Policy
The brand prides itself on the quality of its products, as each item is personally handcrafted and curated by Léon and its team. In the event that your item has a defect or you simply ordered the wrong size, please take note of our policies on returns and exchanges.
Eligibility
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately should the item be defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item/s. Feel free to contact us so that we can ensure evaluation of the issue and a proper resolution.
Customers are given one (1) week to contact the Léon team regarding returns and exchanges. You have seven (7) days upon delivery of your item to request a return.
For your request to be processed, your item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. Its hang tag must still be in place, as well as the rest of its original packaging.
You may opt to return and exchange your item for the following reasons:
- Defective unit upon order confirmation
- Incorrect unit upon order confirmation
- Wrong size
Please be advised that returning the item/s without going through the request process will not be accepted. Léon also does not accept refunds.
NOTE: KINDLY BE REMINDED THAT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES FOR PRE-ORDERS AS WELL AS ITEMS ON SALE WILL ONLY BE ELIGIBLE FOR UNITS THAT ARE DAMAGED. EXCHANGES FOR COLOR AND/OR SIZE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Damage Concerns
The following reasons regarding shoe or clothing quality are eligible for return/refund/exchange:
- Loose stitching
- Discoloration
- Leather quality (cracked/grain damage)
- Garment quality (rips, open seams)
Shipping and Drop offs
The shipping fee for return requests regarding damaged and incorrect units will be shouldered by the company. The buyer is to pay for shipping of items for issues regarding wrong size ordered.

Shipping
Due to the current pandemic, the standard delivery days of Léon are Mondays and Fridays. See below our batch schedules* for when your item/s will be shipped out after placing your order.

* Delivery lead time for orders within Metro Manila are 1-3 business days.
* Estimated delivery times for provincial addresses will depend on the location.
* The lead time for production and dispatching for shipping for custom pre-orders varies.
Pick-ups
You can choose to personally pick up your package directly from our warehouse/business address. The address and contact details will be provided below. Do not forget to bring a printed copy or a screenshot of your order confirmation form.
For same day deliveries, buyers can choose to book via their preferred couriers (e.g. Grab PH, Lalamove, MrSpeedy). The pick-up point is the same as the address below. Before doing so, please contact 0917 (329) 4176 for further instruction. Additionally, please send us a screenshot photo of your order confirmation form.
